MyDigitalOffice acquires enterprise intelligence resolution InTouch Information

MyDigitalOffice (MDO), a cloud-based platform for sourcing, processing and storing resort information, has acquired Australian-based InTouch Data for an undisclosed sum.

Maryland-based MDO says the acquisition will allow it to speed up enlargement within the Center East and Asia Pacific markets whereas rising its portfolio to incorporate international luxurious manufacturers like AccorShangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts Group.

The platform helps motels reinforce a tradition of knowledgeable decision-making, says Alex Lee, chief industrial officer with Jumeirah Inns.
